We want your Cristinap rug to work in your space — whether you chose a Modern runner, a Neutral Solid, or a Kids Nursery mat. This policy covers returns and exchanges for products purchased on cristinap.com.

Return window

Eligible unused items may be returned within 15 days of delivery. Items should be in original condition with tags and packaging where applicable.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order number and the product name (for example Savannah Ivory/Neutral or Canyon Grey/Ivory). We will confirm eligibility and share return instructions. Do not ship a return without authorization.

Condition

Rugs that show wear, stains, odor, washing damage, or missing components may be refused or subject to a restocking adjustment. Final-sale or clearance items are noted at checkout or on the product page and are not returnable unless defective.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged/defective.

Damaged or incorrect items

If a package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong colorway, photograph the issue and contact us promptly so we can resolve it — replacement or refund, as appropriate.
