This Shipping Policy explains how Cristinap (cristinap.com) fulfills orders for washable and spillproof rugs across our catalog — from Persian Vintage and Modern rugs to Kids Nursery and Boho Moroccan styles.

Free shipping

Orders of qualifying rugs totaling $59 or more receive free shipping within our primary shipping zone (United States). Below that threshold, Standard Shipping is available at $5.99 for the primary zone.

Delivery timing

Most in-stock orders arrive in about 2026/07/27 (Mon) – 2026/07/29 (Wed) after payment clears and the order is processed. Timing can vary with carrier volume, remote addresses, or weather delays.

Order processing

We prepare orders as quickly as possible once payment is confirmed. You will receive tracking when your parcel ships. Larger rugs may ship in protective packaging; please inspect the outer carton on arrival.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Undeliverable packages returned for an incorrect address may require a re-ship fee.

International

Checkout reflects the shipping options available for your destination. Duties or taxes outside the U.S., if any, are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
